NOW THE MOST IMPORTANT!
This measure is the one that will give the comfort to your flight suit, when you sit down.
PAY ATTENTION TO INSTRUCTION, to avoid problems with this measure.
Dress up the same clothes you used
to get all other measures above.
Put the shirt inside your pants,
letting it as tight-fitting as possible.
Then, sit down in a chair
(but don't let you back touch in the chairs' back part),
and keep your body as vertical as possible.
The shirt will stretch a little and even run a little out of your pants,
being a little more loosen. Don't force anything, let it natural.
Let run out only the necessary to fit your comfort.
.
Measure "M1"
Now, stand up and ask someone to get the measure from everything that ran out from your pants.
Measure "M1" must start in the meeting of shoulder's and shirt collar's stitchings
and will end in the right point where your shirt meets your pants.
NOTE: You must measure the fabric that ran out from your pants, so, you need to let the metric tape VERY LOOSE,
keeping only the necessary to touch and follow fabric's distance.
Try to don't or force the tape to touch totally in your back.
.
